Becky's Fund invites you to join us on Saturday, May 1, 2010 for our 4th Annual Fundraiser, "Investing in Hope" at the 2010 Gold Cup!
This event, a fixture on the social calendar, is one of the largest and most popular sporting events in the greater DC area. It brings together over 50,000 spectators who can all become part of the Becky's Fund community through our outreach that day.
With 19th and Washington Life Magazine as sponsors and 4 tents, we are excited to bring our guests a fabulous event including cigar rollers, best dressed contests, and some other surprises.
Details:
9 AM - Check-in for All-Inclusive Guests at 19th Lounge, located at 19 and I St, NW (old Skye lounge)
10 AM - Buses leave from 19th and head to Gold Cup tents in Warrenton, Virginia
11 AM - Check-in starts for Tent-Only Guests
5 PM - Buses leave from Gold Cup and head back to DC for our Afterparty at 19th Lounge

$110 ALL-INCLUSIVE TICKETS INCLUDE: Pre-party the morning of the event at 19th, transportation to and from GOLD CUP, open bar and food all day at GOLD CUP, and Free Admission to our Afterparty at 19th.

The prevention-based mission of Becky's Fund is to foster awareness of domestic violence, encourage advocacy among peers, promote activism through outreach programs and create support for victims. Domestic Violence can happen to anyone, regardless of age, background, or socioeconomic status. Becky's Fund openly confronts this issue and tackles it by finding ways to help those who are struggling with domestic violence to find safety for themselves and their children.
