Lolita's Cantina Tequila
Lolita’s Cantina. Boasting Vegas’ largest tequila selection, restaurant/nightclub combo Lolita’s is built with a little bit of South Beach, and a pinch of Baja, resulting in azure blue walls, a long center bar, and a smattering of banquettes and tables, plus a dance floor setup with projectors that beam holographic images all over: everything from DJs battling themselvesto fake saucy ladies breaking it down left and right.
Traditional Mexican foods prepared with organic ingredients and proprietary sauces/salsas made fresh daily, including starters like Costillas en Salsa Chipotle (baby-backs tossed in a Chile chipotle glaze), grilled or Tecate-battered/fried fish tacos, and entrees like Dungeness Crab Enchiladas topped with brandy chipotle cream sauce and Camarones ala Diabla, or “Devil’s Shrimp” made of chili-encrusted Gulf Prawns and crispy plantains.
The bar menu contains 100-plus tequilas for organic fruit margaritas (watermelon, mango, blood orange, pineapple...) and specialty tequila-tails like the Cherry Lolita (tequila blanco, muddled cherries, St. Germain, fresh lime), while agave-less drinks include the Elder Fashioned (rye, St. Germaine, bitters, orange twist), and the bourbon/fresh ginger/elderflower syrup/lemon Sultry Swede, which is weird, as everyone knows Bjorn Borg is a frigid lover.
